Definition: An integrated home must feature at least three (3) residential electronic systems professional installed systems (i.e. lighting control, security and audio visual) that are integrated together to provide enhanced convenience, safety, or reliability for the client. This category does not include demonstration homes, show rooms or multi-dwelling units.
